Associate Director, Operations Communications

📋 Description

• Serve as a key strategic execution partner for Supply Chain and Quality communications, leading
• Develop high-quality executive communications, including presentations, speeches, talking points
• Develop content across a range of internal and external Operations communications channels
• Provide communications planning and execution support for broader Operations-wide priorities and
• Collaborate across the Global Operations Communications team and broader Corporate Communications
• Manage external agency and vendor support as needed, providing clear direction and oversight to

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of integrated communications experience required, including at least five years
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, journalism, marketing, public relations or related
• Significant progressive experience in corporate communications, employee communications, executive
• Experience with content management platforms and design tools, as well as working with external
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic communications programs that advance
• Experience developing executive-level communications and working directly with senior leaders and
