Associate Director, Operations, Outbreak Response

📋 Description

• Provide operational leadership across Ebola response activities in multiple countries.
• Coordinate response activation, surge staffing, consultants, travel, procurement, budget tracking
• Strengthen project and response team capabilities for emergency operations and field coordination.
• Coordinate with headquarters, country teams, incident management teams, and stakeholders on
• Conduct field monitoring visits to assess implementation quality and donor compliance.
• Partner with Finance and program teams to strengthen budget management and financial processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, communication, health, or related
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in management.
• Demonstrated experience in outbreak response, humanitarian emergencies, or public health crisis
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing sector-specific or multi-sector projects.
• Experience working in insecure or challenging operating environments.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD annually.
