Associate Director, OpEx, Training and Digital Operations

📋 Description

• Facilitate leadership in building site strategy, prioritization and execution.
• Drive alignment and communication of shared goals and objectives across the site.
• Drive transformational change across the end-to-end value streams including operational
• Build a continuous improvement culture across the entire site by defining standards for ‘how we
• Oversee the development and implementation of Site Digital Roadmap supporting Factory of the Future
• Manage and direct the site Learning & Training team to ensure engaging and effective training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in Science or Engineering with demonstrated management skills working on OpEx projects in
• 12-15 years of industry experience, 5 or more years OpEx experience in a leadership capacity.
• Strong Operational Excellence and manufacturing background and knowledge of complex Lean & Six
• Black Belt certification is a plus but at a minimum you should have the Green Belt certification.
• Demonstrable experience in leading operational excellence projects of significant size and scope
• Hands-on experience applying lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma and advanced planning and control
