Associate Director, Patient Advocacy, Skeletal Dysplasia

📋 Description

• Develop and execute patient advocacy activities that support BridgeBio’s work in skeletal
• Serve as the primary liaison to patient advocacy organizations in Latin America, Europe and other
• Support the development of the patient advocacy strategy and implement an international patient
• Represent BridgeBio at patient advocacy and community meetings across Europe, Latin America and
• Bring patient and caregiver perspectives into clinical development, medical affairs, regulatory
• Plan and deliver engagement activities such as advisory boards, patient organization meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a scientific field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of patient advocacy or community engagement experience, including 3+ years within
• Experience working with rare disease communities; experience with skeletal dysplasia or other
• Fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese is required. Strong professional English is also essential.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with patient organizations across countries and
• Understanding of patient engagement requirements, healthcare systems, and access considerations
