📋 Description

• Lead the global payroll technology landscape, overseeing production support, system enhancements
• Ensure the stability and availability of payroll systems while driving timely resolution of
• Act as a strategic bridge between Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, Digital Technology, business
• Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts across HR, Payroll, Benefits, integrations, and connected
• Lead and manage the offshore Payroll Technology team, establishing priorities, allocating
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, process optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Payroll Technology, HRIS, enterprise systems, or closely related
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise payroll platforms such as ADP GlobalView, EV5, Workday
• Proven experience managing payroll technology production support and payroll operations in complex
• Demonstrated ability to lead technology teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders across
• Experience delivering or supporting large-scale payroll implementations and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, interfaces, data flows, and dependencies across HR
