• Lead Portfolio Planning & Prioritization. Manage the IT portfolio planning process, ensuring

• Monitor Portfolio Performance. Provide visibility into portfolio health, milestones, dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources
• Respective years of progressive experience in IT portfolio management, PMO, resource/workforce
• 3+ years of people leadership, team leadership, or equivalent experience leading others through
• Experience with portfolio and project governance, demand management, resource planning, or capacity
• Experience translating projects, product, and operational demand into resource and capability
• Experience developing portfolio reporting and providing insights into technology leadership.
