Associate Director, Principal Partnerships

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of strategic Service Professional partners as primary advisor.
• Understand partner goals and performance; identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Lead regular business reviews with partners; present insights and recommendations.
• Translate data into actionable insights; work with Analytics and Product to improve visibility.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for partner needs and influence product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or customer success.
• Experience managing complex customer or partner relationships.
• Strong analytical capabilities; experience with Looker and Tableau.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.

• The base salary band for this position ranges from $110,000 - $170,000.
