Associate Director, Procurement Finance FP&A

📋 Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with overall business objectives and plans to
• Lead end-to-end financial planning and analysis for Procurement costs in annual Plans, LRPs, and
• Oversee all financial aspects of capital investments and integration activities, ensuring finance
• Serve as strategic finance partner and trusted advisor to Procurement leadership, providing
• Lead and govern enterprise Weighted Average Payment Term (WAPT) annual Plan and monthly reporting
• Provide financial leadership on Procurement transformation programs by building business cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience; direct FP&A experience highly
• Strong leadership skills with a keen sense of ownership and capability to direct teams and deliver
• Demonstrated experience with problem-solving and analysis within AbbVie's financial policies and
• Hands-on expertise with SAP, BPC, and Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query or other
• Strong communication, presentation, and business partnering skills with a track record of
