Associate Director, R&D Finance Development Sciences (Finance)

📋 Description

• Liaison with Therapeutics Area Finance to understand financial impacts to Development Science due
• Drives financial analyses for various business initiatives across CDSM and CMC organizations that
• Working across BD and Integration Teams, drive integration activities and/or of newly acquired
• Ensures cross-functional alignment on financial assumptions related to PDS&T R&D funding
• Drive initiatives to identify capacity constraints across suite space, internal resources, and
• Working closely with R&D Strategic Resourcing and Dev Sci Functions to optimize resource models

🎯 Requirements

• BA in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive Accounting or Finance experience.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong project management skills, which includes leadership in organizing, planning, and executing
• Self-starter with ability to operate independently, identify and implement process improvements
