📋 Description

• Set strategy and lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary therapeutic teams; execute
• Make decisions and plans for operations (workflow, assignments, staff development) with minimal
• Maintain and evaluate productivity metrics to project current and future business needs.
• Align and maintain effective communication channels with key Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal
• Assist in management of departmental budget; identify and communicate budgetary needs to Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology
• Associate Director: 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience with a Bachelor's, 5+ years with a Pharm
• Solid understanding of regulatory advertising and promotion regulations with direct responsibility
• Experience working in a complex and matrix environment.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience in management capacity preferred.
