📋 Description

• Setting strategy and leading cross-functional, multidisciplinary, therapeutic teams and
• Making decisions and plans for operations (workflow, assignments, staff development) with minimal
• Maintaining and evaluating productivity metrics
• Aligning and maintaining communication channels with key Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and
• Managing departmental budget and identifying budgetary needs
• Collecting and analyzing issues/trends affecting business

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, medical
• For Associate Director: 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience with a Bachelor's, 5+ years with a
• Solid understanding of regulatory advertising and promotion regulations with direct responsibility
• Experience in complex and matrix environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Management capacity experience preferred
