📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of organic search Managers.
• Define the overarching organic search strategy for client accounts.
• Analyze performance data across GA4, GSC, and enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with paid media, content, creative, and engineering teams.
• Present strategy and results to senior client stakeholders.
• Lead technical SEO programs and AI-driven optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in SEO; 2–3+ in leadership across multiple clients.
• Expertise in technical SEO, on-page, content, links, and local SEO.
• Experience with AEO and AI-generated answer optimization.
• Strong analytics with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge.
• Proven track record of organic growth and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to translate technical SEO into business value.
