📋 Description

• Serve as trusted strategic advisor and operational partner to PCS Vice President
• Lead franchise planning processes including long-range strategic and financial planning, quarterly
• Design and coordinate strategic planning sessions, team meetings, cross-functional forums; prepare
• Partner with cross-functional leaders for alignment on key processes and milestones
• Oversee critical cross-functional initiatives and special projects, ensure milestone progress and
• Monitor key milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions across franchise; establish transparent

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred MBA or Master’s Degree
• 5+ years pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven strategic capabilities, organization, and communication skills
• Effective communication, organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a matrixed organization
• Works well with cross-functional stakeholders, can own projects from idea phase to implementation
