Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the supply chain planning function.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive supply chain performance.
• Oversee S&OP, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
• Mentor and manage a team of planning professionals and warehouse staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree + 5 years related exp. or Bachelor’s + 7 years or Associate’s + 10 years
• 3 years of managerial experience and APICS CPIM or equivalent
• 10+ years in supply chain planning preferred
• Experience in S&OP process development and ERP/demand planning tools
• Pharma ops/GMP knowledge; CMO/3PL familiarity
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
