Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree a plus.
5+ years in Human Resources, preferably with emphasis in Talent Management.
Demonstrated results working in and managing complex projects across multidisciplinary, matrix
Proven experience influencing and leading teams indirectly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build executive ready presentations and
Experience with developing strategies and implementing the related tactics.
