Associate Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations

📋 Description

• Partner with HR leadership to develop, implement, administer, and continuously improve global
• Monitor the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation practices and benefit offerings
• Maintain compensation structures, grade frameworks, and wage bands while supporting job evaluations
• Support executive compensation activities, equity benchmarking, and presentations for the
• Manage the annual compensation planning process, including salary increases, bonus administration
• Develop and recommend innovative compensation, benefits, and incentive plan solutions that address

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in total rewards, with significant expertise across compensation and
• At least 3 years of experience working within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws, compensation requirements, benefits
• Strong expertise in U.S. compensation and benefits, with international compensation and benefits
• Experience designing, implementing, evaluating, and administering health benefits, retirement

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary of $150,000–$175,000 USD
