Associate Field Marketing Manager (US East and Canada)

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of AI practitioner events, hands-on workshops
• Lead surround and off-site activations at major AI conferences to build brand visibility and drive
• Partner with Product Marketing and AI/ML product teams to translate Datadog's AI observability and
• Design and continuously improve hands-on workshop curriculum and live demos that showcase AI
• Build scalable, repeatable event playbooks and toolkits for consistent programs across markets
• Manage vendors, venues, budgets, staffing, and on-site logistics to deliver seamless attendee

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or program management, ideally with
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and machine learning with ability to speak credibly at events
• Experience planning practitioner-focused events or hands-on workshops from concept to follow-up
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple events, vendors, and budgets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical audiences
• Collaborative, cross-functional operator with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams
