📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day operations for the 401(k) program.
• Resolve benefit inquiries from Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Escalate issues requiring engineering intervention.
• Work with third-party vendors for enrollment tasks.
• Assist employee and employer plan setups and requests.
• Build internal benefit resources and training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in operations, onboarding, or CS.
• Excel knowledge required; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Experience with 401(k) and employer plans preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Process-driven and tech-savvy.
• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
