Conducting contract analysis and checking quality of other analysts’ work
Capturing clauses under pre-defined fields
Preparing contract templates (calibration)
Working with all types of contracts ex.: commercial, public, MSA, NDA, SOW
Train and oversee the work of Contract Analysts performing contract review
Implement and maintain quality control and assist in producing hand-offs of multiple deliverables

Hold a Law Degree
Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based
2 years experience working within document review or commercial contracts in a fast-paced
Exposure to commercial legal environment or other professional services organizations
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes
