📋 Description

• Proactively identify and address legal and compliance risks across Product, Marketing, Commercial
• Independently identify gaps in existing policies and processes and drive build-out of compliance
• Develop processes and infrastructure to ensure compliance with applicable external requirements
• Advise on company contracts, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, interpreting, and managing
• Take ownership of legal questions in unfamiliar subject areas — research, collect business input
