📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and orders with autonomous driving firms.
• Shape business and legal strategy with leadership.
• Draft and negotiate partnership, reseller, vendor agreements, and DPAs.
• Assess legal risk and provide practical guidance.
• Support sales, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Design and iterate global policies to manage risk.

🎯 Requirements

• JD and California Bar in good standing.
• 9+ years in law firm and in-house with training in commercial agreements, data licensing, and IP.
• Passion for partnering with Sales and closing revenue deals.
• Experience drafting/negotiating complex data licensing, services or tech agreements.
• Clear communicator for business and technical audiences.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves, collaborative, low-ego approach.
