📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders and Compliance to advise on EU and international e-money, payment
• Advise regional operating entities on new products and services, intercompany arrangements
• Guide product launches, market expansion, and marketing initiatives across jurisdictions
• Monitor European and international legal and policy developments, explain their business
• Assess legal and regulatory risks, recommend practical solutions, and improve processes to support
• Manage outside counsel on specialist matters and projects, maintaining internal expertise and

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in the UK, Ireland, France, or Luxembourg, with 7+ years’ relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of EU financial services regulation, including PSD2, the Second Electronic Money
• Experience engaging with European financial services regulators, particularly the CSSF or Central
• Ability to manage complex projects across functions and time zones, meet tight deadlines, and drive
• Sound legal judgment, analytical rigour, and commercial pragmatism, with excellent writing skills
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload, work independently under regulatory scrutiny, and build
