• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to product and research teams throughout the
• Draft, negotiate, and execute complex technology transactions that advance product strategy
• Help establish and develop the processes, playbooks, and operational infrastructure of a new
• Collaborate closely with product, research, engineering, finance, privacy, compliance, trade, and
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders while
• Support strategic decision-making by identifying legal risks, evaluating commercial opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar, or eligibility for in-house or
• At least 8 years of relevant legal experience at a leading law firm, in an in-house legal
• Substantial experience advising on strategic partnerships involving the manufacturing
• Demonstrated success drafting, negotiating, and executing complex technology transactions with a
• Strong versatility across product and transactional legal matters, with the ability and willingness
