📋 Description

• Advise senior leaders and business partners on complex legal and regulatory matters that impact
• Lead or co-lead legal strategies for key initiatives, including product development, market access
• Interpret laws, policies, and enforcement trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Serve as a connector between Legal and cross-functional groups.
• Manage legal input for high-impact business transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in job location
• Minimum of 7 years of legal experience, including in-house or cross-functional legal advisory roles
• Background in life sciences, healthcare, or a highly regulated global industry (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience managing legal complexity across markets or functions (preferred)
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity (preferred)
