Associate, Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Coordinate client services and scheduling issues
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community orgs
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Monitor admissions, Medicare %, and referrals by reason
• Support team in supervising field employees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred, Associates at minimum
• Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Proven record of increased responsibility and goal achievement
• Aspiring to grow and advance beyond current position
• Strong computer skills with electronic medical record
