Associate HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Support the Regional HRBP on submitting hiring requests to TA through Workday
• Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks
• Coordinate and facilitate welcome meetings/induction for new hires
• Ensure hiring managers take an active role in a standardised onboarding/induction template, and
• Conduct scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key findings
• Track onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
• Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
• Advanced English — written and spoken
• G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) — advanced level required
