Associate HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace concerns
• Support performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and talent development initiatives
• Champion employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
• Facilitate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and HR
• Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations teams on employee

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, compliance, or HR generalist
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and fact-finding
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
