Associate HRBP

📋 Description

• Identify, harmonize, and roll out HR initiatives to enhance team efficiency, effectiveness, and
• Act as dedicated HR point-of-contact for Sports BU employees and managers
• Administer and support development of consistent global HR policies and procedures
• Create and manage HR reports and metrics (retention, performance, diversity)
• Coordinate targeted training and development initiatives
• Provide front-facing HR support on HR inquiries, policy questions, and performance management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience in fast-paced, global matrix organisation
• Comfortable with ambiguity in evolving environment
• Proven ability to provide high-quality, front-line HR support
• Proactive and problem-solving approach
• Strong business acumen and willingness to learn local legislation
• Advanced capability in Google Sheets, Slides, and Workday HRIS (asset)
