Associate - Investor Services

📋 Description

• Take ownership of assigned investor servicing activities, ensuring deliverables are completed
• Support the onboarding of new investors, helping to create a smooth and positive client experience
• Build strong working relationships with investment advisers, fund directors, banking partners and
• Respond to investor queries professionally and efficiently, providing a high standard of client
• Prepare and distribute capital call and distribution notices, ensuring information is accurate and
• Monitor investor cash receipts and transactions in line with internal controls and regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• Experience gained within fund administration, investor services or a financial services
• Understanding of anti-money laundering requirements and regulatory reporting obligations, including
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other
