Associate Legal Counsel - Finance or Derivatives Lawyer

📋 Description

• drafting and advising on relationship agreements and other terms with customers, including ISDAs
• contributing to the design and implementation of new products (including cryptocurrency and foreign
• preparing customer documentation in relation to complex structures such as funds and SPVs;
• working with Front Office, Treasury, Risk, HR, Operations and other departments to resolve
• structuring and executing strategic initiatives such as refinancings and negotiations with banking
• representing Ebury in interaction with clients, counterparties, banking partners, industry bodies

🎯 Requirements

• a proactive mindset and an ability to communicate effectively in practical terms with stakeholders
• a legal qualification in a jurisdiction where Ebury has a significant presence;
• at least 3 years of legal experience, either in private practice or in house in either banking and
• interest in the fintech sector and financial products;
• fluent in English (C1, advanced level); and
• an ability in a fast paced environment to prioritise and manage a wide range of competing
