Associate Legal Counsel - Finance or Derivatives Lawyer

📋 Description

• drafting and advising on relationship agreements and other terms with customers, including ISDAs
• contributing to the design and implementation of new products (including cryptocurrency and foreign
• preparing customer documentation in relation to complex structures such as funds and SPVs;
• working with Front Office, Treasury, Risk, HR, Operations and other departments to resolve
• structuring and executing strategic initiatives such as refinancings and negotiations with banking
• representing Ebury in interaction with clients, counterparties, banking partners, industry bodies

🎯 Requirements

• A proactive mindset and ability to communicate effectively in practical terms with stakeholders at
• A legal qualification in a jurisdiction where Ebury has a significant presence.
• At least 3 years of legal experience in either private practice or in-house in banking and finance
• Interest in the fintech sector and financial products.
• Fluent in English (C1, advanced level).
• Ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
