📋 Description

• Advise ads engineering and product teams on legal and regulatory issues throughout the product
• Provide counsel on privacy and data protection matters related to ad tech, ensuring compliance with
• Advise on content regulation matters - including ads content policies and enforcement - to ensure
• Advise on marketing matters related to the B2B ads business.
• Monitor and provide guidance on evolving international privacy, consumer protection, and technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience in product counseling and privacy counseling in the ad-tech space is a
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across
• Experience advising software product managers and engineers on consumer protection matters.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar.
• CIPP/US certification preferred.
