Associate M&A Attorney

📋 Description

• Lead the transaction process from LOI to Closing in the acquisition of new network companies
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction agreements independently
• Manage multiple aspects of day-to-day transaction execution
• Draft and review letters of intent and related agreements
• Oversee the closing process for newly acquired entities
• Take substantial responsibility for closing M&A and related transactions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of M&A experience
• Experience in drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions and conducting due diligence
• Experience evaluating and analyzing potential acquisitions and partnerships
• Strong drafting and analytical skills, great attention to detail, high level of organization
