Associate Manager, Client Services

📋 Description

• Manage projects from design to delivery of client solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams; mentor analysts to raise capabilities.
• Act as key client contact; oversee proposals and bid integrity.
• Ensure client satisfaction post-delivery; capture feedback.
• Develop consulting methodologies and pharma market knowledge on-the-job.
• Provide direction and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams in meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Masters/MBA preferred.
• 4 years in pharmaceuticals, managed markets consulting, or agency experience.
• Leadership in multi-disciplinary teams; ability to influence client needs.
• Strong relationships with senior managers; ensure recommendations implemented.
• Technical: SQL, SAS, SPSS, Tableau, PowerBI; MS Office and PM software.
• Travel: Ability to travel 15-50% depending on project.
