📋 Description

• Conduct due diligence for potential partnerships, acquisitions, licensing opportunities, and
• Develop clear, data-driven business cases, financial assumptions, and analyses to support strategic

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development
• Advanced proficiency in business English, with the ability to communicate effectively with
• Experience supporting negotiations, business discussions, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including coordinating initiatives across multiple
