📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team of 30-50 real estate agents
• Recruit, support, and coach your team of agents to help customers accomplish their buying and

🎯 Requirements

• An active and unrestricted Arizona real estate license and are located in the Greater Houston area
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding
• Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
