Associate Medical Director, ANZ

📋 Description

• Develop and execute country-level Medical Affairs plans aligned with Global priorities.
• Build relationships with KOLs, academic institutions, societies, gov bodies.
• Collaborate with Country Leadership Team to drive a cohesive ANZ Allergan Aesthetics org.
• Build and mentor Medical Affairs talent; foster self-directed learning.
• Lead medical review of promotional materials; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Report adverse events within 24 hours; participate in WHS and codes of conduct.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or life sciences degree.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma Medical Affairs.
• Team management experience desirable.
• Understanding of drug development and regulatory in ANZ.
• Experience launching new products and enabling patient access.
• Strong communication in English and local language; able to travel.
