📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations and project plans
• Analyze data to evaluate departmental performance and metrics
• Collaborate on change management and risk mitigation programs

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor\'s degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
• 3+ years in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering or consulting
• 2+ years using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and procedures
• 2+ years with Lean, Six Sigma or Theory of Constraints
