Associate Operations Manager, Supply Acquisition & Activation

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of 3, ensuring that intraday activation (weather-driven boosts, DxGy and ARC
• Own Central’s intraday activation strategy - activation surges, special events management and
• Own and report on Central’s UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective
• Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and special events coverage (holidays, weather events, local
• Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build tools and processes that scale
• Serve as the primary point of contact for top management on Central’s supply health.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets, ideally in
• Comfortable owning hard KPIs (UH%, GOV loss) and being accountable for the numbers, not just
• Experience leading and developing a small team (3 direct reports).
• Strong budget ownership experience - able to allocate and defend a multi-million euro spend across
• Excellent ability to distill complex operational trade-offs into clear, actionable recommendations
• Comfortable working under time pressure during weather events, special events and demand spikes.

🎁 Benefits

• Gross monthly salary range for Austria: €6.503 — €8.129 EUR
• Gross monthly salary range for Slovakia: €3.207 — €4.811 EUR
• Gross monthly salary range for Poland: 13 678 zł — 20 518 zł PLN
• Not eligible for equity/RSU grant
