Associate Originations & Distribution

📋 Description

• Develop and own relationships with asset originators and sellers on the supply side; support deal
• Build and deepen investor and counterparty relationships on the demand side, including on-chain
• Partner with internal capital markets, product, and legal teams to move opportunities from first
• Serve as an internal resource on market conditions, pricing, and counterparty feedback
• Own post-close transaction operations, including servicing waterfalls, remittances, settlement

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in capital markets, treasury, or structured credit (5+ preferred) at a lender
• Demonstrated experience on both sides of a trade: sourcing and managing originator or seller
• Deep credit and collateral fluency in real estate or consumer assets: residential transition
• Hands-on ownership of post-close operations, including servicing waterfalls, remittances
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field; CPA, CFA, or
• Advanced Excel modeling (pivot tables, macros, XLOOKUP/SUMIFS, XNPV,PMT/IPMT) plus SQL and a BI
