📋 Description

• Serve as the primary People partner for assigned retail stores, building trusted relationships with
• Coach and support retail leaders across performance management, delivering feedback, communication
• Support employee relations matters including conflict resolution, policy interpretation
• Support investigations and maintain clear and appropriate documentation.
• Help ensure employment practices across assigned stores comply with applicable legislation and
• Partner with Retail leaders on retention, development, and talent movement across the retail

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years supporting retail or hourly employee
• Strong understanding of employment legislation in Canada (multi-jurisdiction experience is an
• Experience supporting employee relations, store-level coaching, onboarding, performance
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
