📋 Description

• Opportunity research: build conviction on priority areas where Marble should create new companies
• Talent sourcing: identify talent with high founder potential and relevant domain expertise and hire
• Building: work with Founders to develop venture ideas, systematically de-risk them, and turn them

🎯 Requirements

• Technical expertise in one of two fields: device/compute or power/grid. PhD in Applied Physics
• Experience building hardware that had to work.
• Commercial orientation: enjoy thinking about product, customers, economics, deployment
• First principles reasoning: break down problems into core constituents.
• Clear communicator: articulate complex ideas and defend convictions with memos and presentations.
• Talent intuition: know a great founder when you meet them and persuade them.
