Associate Pricing Analyst

📋 Description

• Facilitate and support sales and operations teams with RFP and bid management for new and incumbent
• Update and track our progress on initiatives through various internal systems
• Coordinate directly with sales if there are questions/ issues that need to be brought up with the
• Run point on final bid submission to third party portals in collaboration with assigned Account
• Daily management of RFP pipeline document from pre-bid activities, to initial bid intake, to
• Assist with customer mini-bids in collaboration with account managers when requested

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a fast paced, results driven role
• Working with process or bid management
• Managing strong communication and organization skills
• Working in a high-pressure deadline driven environment
• Managing advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills alongside and within groups to maintain a
• Proficient in verbal and written English
