Associate Principal Facilities Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop, keep and maintain the building drawings database, including building and equipment
• Produce unique and cost-effective results; establish alternate use possibilities; balance system
• Represent engineering on corporate task forces; identify full range of customer/client needs and
• Work with outside vendors for planning, budgets, and scheduling of facility modifications
• Manage engineering, maintenance, alteration and relocation of office/laboratory areas and
• Oversee maintenance and monitoring of all building equipment including HVAC, hot water boilers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or closely related discipline desired, or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to work on problems of complex scope where analysis of situations or data involves multiple
• Demonstrates judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering; maintains strong working relationships with
• Listens to and understands others' points of view; articulates tactfully and respectfully one's own
