Associate Principal Technical Writer (Remote, USA)

📋 Description

• Independently explore, configure, and test complex, cloud-native security capabilities, including
• Craft high-quality technical documentation, such as configuration guides, integration instructions
• Drive the development of documentation for online help systems, release notes, and product feature
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other subject matter experts to translate
• Own documentation strategy and execution for complex, cloud-native identity and AI security
• Independently investigate complex technical scenarios involving cloud infrastructure, AI agents

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of technical writing or technical content development experience for enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, English, or a related
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, enterprise security, Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Demonstrated experience applying generative AI/LLM technologies to documentation or knowledge
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Git-based workflows, Markdown, Jira, and modern documentation
