Associate Principle Facilities Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop, keep & maintain the building drawings database, including building and equipment
• Produce unique & cost-effective results; establish alternate use possibilities &amp
• Represent engineering on corporate task forces; identify full range of customer/client needs &amp
• Work with outside vendors in preparation of plans, budgets and schedules facilities modifications
• Manage engineering, maintenance, alteration & relocation of office/laboratory areas &amp
• Provide off-hours support during emergencies/disasters & projects requiring non-business hours

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or closely related discipline is desired, or equivalent
• Possesses a strong technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Demonstrates judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering and maintains strong working relationships
• Listens to and understands others' points of view and articulates tactfully and respectfully one's
• Works well with other engineers in a collaborative, fast-paced goal-driven environment.
