Experience (1-2 years) delivering designs grounded in a design system
AI Integration & Judgment - experience leveraging AI tools
Core UX/UI Expertise - solid understanding of UX principles for web and native mobile
Collaboration & Communication - good communication skills
Design Tool Proficiency - proficient in Figma
Adaptability & Feedback - able to take feedback constructively
