Associate Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the backlog—write, refine, and prioritize user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to ensure alignment on feature development and
• Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and validate
• Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and user research to inform product decisions and prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related role (business analyst, product owner
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and defining 'done' for development
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to balance business needs
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
