Associate Product Manager - Drug Discovery Solutions

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate the execution of new product launches across assigned product portfolios.
• Develop launch plans in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations teams.
• Support development of product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch materials.
• Identify opportunities to increase product visibility, customer engagement & adoption, lead
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, scientific content, and digital assets.
• Assess customer journeys and identify gaps in product content, application data, technical

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience within the life science, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or drug
• 0-3 years’ experience either in Product Management, Scientific Marketing, Market Development, Field
• Strong understanding of drug discovery workflows, assay technologies, and customer requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
