📋 Description

• Run user research and discovery. Talk to the people who use our products, sit in on real
• Help make vague things concrete. Chase down the details nobody wrote down. Turn what you hear into
• Translate what you learn into execution. Clear user stories and requirements, simple wireframes or
• Build something rough and put it in front of a person. Use AI tooling to do it.
• Help get releases out the door. Draft release notes, let clients know what has changed, and follow
• Share what you learned, including what you would do differently.

• You want to be part of a product team and you are passionate about creating loveable solutions for
• You like to get feedback early.
• You know that good comes from iterating with real users on a meaningful problem.
• You have used AI tooling like Claude and reach for it in your own work. It is how this team works.
• Clear, confident communication and professionalism when engaging with teams and executives.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle and SDLC, from concept through to launch and iteration.
